Audi Urban Concpet

Recently, Audi saw the dawn of another great concept, i.e. Audi Urban Concept. This concept will be displayed next year in Frankfurt Motor Show. Also some source say that at the same time Audi is planning to launch the spyder version of Audi Urban Concept. If we talk about, Audi Urban Concept, then this concept is a spacious hatchback/city car with two doors and a passenger capacity of two people.
Wheels are a little detached from the main body and the diameter of a single wheel is 21 inches. Like rest of the Audi models the car is blessed with LED blinking lights and an aggressive front grille. Audi Urban concept makes the use of two lithium ion battery powered electric e tron motors to function. Doors open  on sidewards shifting. Conclusion of the story is that Audi Urban Concept is a typical future urban car with zero emissions and powerful e-tron electric powerhouse.

The curious role with the four exposed wheels Audi will be presenting at the IAA 2011, the public and give it a perceived view of the urban mobility in the future. Supposedly, the “bubble car 2.0″ by two electric motors powered and draws its juice from a high-voltage lithium-ion battery, which is hidden somewhere among the two seats.

What we now to think of Audi’s latest E-Vision, we do not really know. In the pictures of the little scooter looks quite strange and does not really feel like the future of electric mobility. But until the IAA, Audi is sprucing the “Urban Concept City” certainly. Whether this is enough, however, to capture the attention of the fair guests remains questionable. Finally, the competitors are from BMW in Frankfurt to introduce her two new i-models – and the two optically unfortunately do little more than her Audi’s electric soapbox.
